60 min sessions are best suited for people with more time on their hands. These sessions allow me more time to coach and fine tune your movements. If you want to take your body to the next level, this session is for you.
45 min sessions are highly coveted sessions due to convenience and affordability. These sessions have the fast paced energy of a 30 min session but with more time to fine tune movements.
The most budget friendly service I offer. One of the best ways to start your fitness journey is to shorten your workout time and get in more days per week. This session is suited best for people looking for a quick workout or if you are new to working out.
My nutritional coaching is set up as a month to month service (4 weeks). You will be provided with the following: initial macros (these vary over time), nutrition questionaire, macronutrient food list, supplement options, one weekly in person or virtual appointment, and workout suggestions.
Initial consultation to discuss your goals, any prior injuries, and any medications that may effect exercise. You will also receive an assessment to see how your body functions. Using this information I can tailor your sessions to best fit your needs.
